Welcome
People seek out therapy when they are troubled by something in their life,
whether it is in relation to others or within themselves. It takes guts to
get help when you need it and to trust your therapist to be competent,
empathic and attuned to you.
I have been a therapist since 1999. I am interested in what brings someone
into therapy and what they would like to change about themselves or about
their family. Each person has a story to tell about how they came to this
point in their life and this story becomes the jumping off point for our
work together.
